Cross platform builds

One Flutter codebase, tuned for iOS and Android instead of ported between them.

Native iOS and Android

Swift and Kotlin when a feature needs the platform itself, not the framework.

Backend and APIs

The services, auth, and data layer your app runs on, built alongside it.

AI and automation

Model calls, agents, and pipelines wired into the product, not bolted on after.

The problem

Most app projects fail long before launch day

Not because the idea was wrong. Because of how the work was set up.

01

Nobody owns the brief

The scope is agreed in a document nobody reads again, and the build drifts from it in week three.

02

Two teams, two products

Design and engineering run as separate contracts, so the thing that gets built is not the thing that was drawn.

03

The app rots after launch

Launch is treated as the finish line, and the app quietly rots the first time the OS updates.

Our Way of Working

Four stages, and you are in the room for all of them

No handover to a team you have never met, and no month of silence between a signed scope and a first build.

  1. Week 1

    Listen, Learn, Understand

We take time to understand your story, goals, and user needs to shape the foundation of your product.

  2. Weeks 2 to 3

    Shape the Experience

We design user-driven flows that make every interaction meaningful, enjoyable, and aligned with your goals.

  3. Weeks 4 to 8

    Build With Precision

We develop secure, fast, and high-quality mobile experiences using clean engineering practices.

  4. Launch and ongoing

    Support Your Growth

We stand beside you post-launch, optimizing, improving, and scaling your product as it grows.

What we do

By the numbers

What the last seven years add up to

Numbers are easy to inflate. These four are the ones we publish everywhere and can stand behind: work that actually reached a store, the years behind it, and the cover that stays in place after launch.

Questions

The things people ask before the first call

Cost, timeline, ownership. These are the same answers you would get on the call, so you can rule us in or out before you book one.

Ask something else
What does a mobile app actually cost?

An MVP on our fixed price track starts around $25K and lands in six weeks. A full product with a custom backend, payments and admin tooling is usually $60K to $150K. We give you a fixed number before any work starts, not a range that moves.

How long before I see something working?

A clickable design in week two, and a build on your phone by week four. You are not waiting until the end to find out what you bought.

Do you build native or cross platform?

Flutter for most products, because one codebase in both stores is cheaper to build and far cheaper to maintain. We build native Kotlin and Swift when the product genuinely needs it, which is usually heavy camera, background media or platform specific hardware work.

Who owns the code?

You do, from the first commit. The repository, the store listings and the infrastructure are all in your name. We hand over everything at the end and there is nothing to negotiate.

What happens after launch?

Apps break when the OS updates, not when you stop looking. We offer ongoing maintenance covering OS releases, store policy changes, crash triage and small feature work. It is optional, and plenty of clients take the code and run it themselves.
